The website contains photos of members of all Australasian bird families except sixteen. Four of these missing families occur in Australia or its territories (Northern Storm-Petrels, Sheathbills, Scrub-birds, Leaf Warblers); four occur only in New Zealand (Kiwis, New Zealand Wattlebirds, Stitchbird, Whiteheads); the remainder occur only in New Guinea, neighbouring islands or beyond (Satinbirds, Berrypeckers and Longbills, Painted Berrypeckers, Mottled Berryhunter, Ploughbill, Melampittas, Ifrita, Hylocitrea, Cettia Bush Warblers).
